This machine is unitary tunnel structure, the container preheat, dry and sterilize, cooling via conveyer belt and it adopts quartz tube far infrared sterilizing principle to sterilize the container .

· It adopts imported PLC, sterilizing temperature automatic regulation system, wind pressure automatic regulation system as well as protective alarm system.
·It can detect each fault, display the fault and relative measures automatically.
·According to bottle accumulating in the inputting place ,it can control the conveyer belt on-off.
·Man-machine interface, easy to operate and display the temperature curve .
·Record previous parameter automatically.
